The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area in El Poblado, Medellin. Rooms are super comfortable, with plush beds, quality linens, and a Netflix option for entertainment, but they are a bit small. The bathtub in the room adds a nice touch to the stay. Service was top-notch, with friendly, courteous, and well-trained staff. The location is perfect, directly over the restaurant bar and close to all the restaurants/bars in El Poblado. Dining was outstanding, offering delicious meals in a safe and comfortable location near many eateries. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
